The Microtech Mini Stitch RAM-LOK 169MRL-10MS1 is a Marfione Select Premium Series manual folder designed by Sebastijan Berenji and Tony Marfione — a collaboration between two of the most respected names in modern production knife design, executed in Bohler M390MK blade steel and slab side titanium with matte bronze anodized titanium accents. The Marfione Select designation places this above standard Microtech production in terms of materials, finish quality, and attention to detail. Every surface on this knife has been considered: the stonewash titanium slabs, the double vapor blasted 17-4 stainless steel Torx hardware, the matte bronze titanium accents, and the milled deep carry stainless clip all work together in a coherent build that reads as premium across every element.

The blade steel is Bohler M390MK, heat-treated to 60-62 HRC — M390's high-vanadium, high-chromium powder-metallurgy stainless processed to Microtech's own heat treatment specification. At 0.127 inches thick with a flat ground spear point profile and stonewash finish, the 3.05-inch blade delivers the edge retention and corrosion resistance that established M390 as the benchmark production steel, in a compact carry format. The stonewash finish hides carry wear and pocket scratches better than a satin or mirror finish and provides a surface appearance that complements the stonewash titanium handle without competing with it. The RAM-LOK crossbar lock — Microtech's X-Button mechanism — provides a positive, secure lockup accessible from either side of the handle. Deployment is via thumb hole, fully ambidextrous, with a smooth, consistent action on the titanium slabs.
